Family FEASTival provides online courses, live classes, philosophy teachings, and accommodation experiences. As our offerings are services rather than physical products, this policy outlines the conditions for cancellations and refunds.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Live Online Classes and Single Sessions

Bookings for individual live classes, yoga sessions, or single philosophy teachings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or credit.

Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are generally not eligible for a refund. A credit toward a future session may be offered at our discretion.

Online Courses and Multi-Session Programs

If you purchase access to an online course or multi-session program and have not yet accessed any course materials, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Once course materials have been accessed, downloaded, or viewed, the purchase is generally non-refundable. If you are experiencing difficulty with access or have concerns about the course content, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Retreats and In-Person Programs

For retreats, workshops, or multi-day programs, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event start date to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund due to limited availability and preparation costs. Where possible, we may offer a credit toward a future program at our discretion.

Accommodation Bookings

Accommodation at our Maleny property may be booked through external platforms such as Airbnb. Where bookings are made through a third-party platform, the cancellation and refund policy of that platform will apply and we are unable to override it.

For accommodation booked directly through this website, cancellation requests submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund. In exceptional circumstances, a credit may be offered at our discretion.

Service Changes or Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we need to cancel or significantly reschedule a class, course, or program, participants will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered an alternative session, a credit, or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time beyond this period.
